Lifestyle or Value…. How To Be An Athentic Entpreneur?

How can we become an an athentic entrepreneurs? What does it take to become ONE? What is more important to us: Lifestyle or value? Why do people fake their financial situation when they talk to prospects, clients and even friends? Why do lies have to be a part of sales game? Don’t we know it is a first sign of amateur salesmanship and poor leadership?

Why do money become the idol for so many entrepereurs, and why we often value people by the amount of money they make and not their brain and abilities they have? I think when we learn to appreciate their abilties and see great potential in them, we then encourage people with brains and smarts to do great things and become successful, and they do become succesful because lies eventually end but skills and work ethics become even better.

Let’ say you are about to go to the conference or even a local meeting or you want to bring a heavy networker into your business. Some of us do this. We immediately want to impress them by agreeing to go to expensive restaurant or do things we cannot afford. You may think “Tatyana, where is your belief in abundance and wealth mindset”? Well, let me tell you wealthy people make the right decisions when it comes to money and they do not create imblance in their life by trying to impress every person they meet. Why? They have to take care of themselves and then take care of others. It brings another question.
Why do home business owners lie that they do have money to go to an expensive restaurant with big dawgs for a meeting and buy dinner for them to impress them when the cup of coffee would be that fine.
Why do we put so much focus and energy into Money? Money is energy on its own and money is just a tool. What is inside your heart and your mind is more important to someone than flashing money in the face or your credit saying “Look at me I can pay”… People want to show lifestyle but is it always reflection of their ethics and morals and the way they build the business? Society is chasing the next big thing and impressing neighbours and friends on kind of car we drive, what boat we have and how big is our house and not by the size of your library in your house and how many books you read and how much you know and how many people you really helped and influenced to make the right decisions. Where is the value of what we offer? You can create lifestyle by doing illegal things, and it does not mean your lifestyle reflects who you are …. yes people use lifestyle videos and photos to promote their business. I do share my lifestyle photos and videos, and it is about my family and what is important to me, but it should not be always the foundation. It is an extra bonus people see about you and helps them to establish bond and find things they like about you…

People want to get value, education and something that they can apply to their business that is also based on good business principles. We often judge people by their way they dress, what cars they drive, the boat they got and what neighbourhood they live. It is all good to have it all but why we do not look into person heart and their talents and abilities and if they are truly authentic because that is foundation of a true success!

We need to be authentic and honest with ourselves first and then we can find peace in our heart and stop impressing everyone else because honestly they do not care that we try to impress them.. In the end you will be the ONE with no money in bank account and broken spirit and not them. Learn to be yourself and everything else will fall in place when you create the balance between what is important in your life and business.

have a great weekend
