Online PR Tips: How to Write and Use Hubpages To Attract Buyers and Generate Profits Without Sales Pitch

WHAT is HUBPAGE? It is a content sharing site. It is similar to your marketing blog. It provides specific information on a particular subject, how to do something, advice, tips, information, reviews and it has ingredients of a blog, article, videos, images and press release in one. It is a great bouquet. It is a really cool tool for online PR and social media conversations. Make sure use them in 2010 in your online PR strategies. It is a wonderful list building tool if it is put together properly.

Why do you need to use hubpages in your marketing portfolio?

• They receive great search engine ranking
• They drive traffic to your site for you and you can build a list by sending them to your sites.
• You can link to your personal sites
• You can also make money with Amazon, eBay and ad sense

A lot of marketers forget to use hubpages and put them on the backburner and it is important to use them as you use blogs, press releases, videos to promote your product. It is great for SEO as well. They are great to share with your followers on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. You can take the content of hubpages and turn them in many other marketing pieces such as video training lessons, MP3 recordings.

Your next step is to go Hubpages site. Register with them and create account
1. create username (your name or something you are affiliated with)
2. enter your email address
3. your password
4. agree to terms and click continue

How to start writing hubpages?

YOU WILL SEE ON THE TOP RIGHT CORNER SECTION “SEARCH”
Enter the topic you want to find out about so you can see what others wrote.
You will find relevant hubs. Your goal is to create very informative hub. You can create as many hubs (posts) as you want. That is fun.

Let’s start making hubs! For example let’s talk on the subject, “How To Make Chocolate Cake in Less than 30 Min” as example
1. Click Create a Hub
2. Enter The Subject
3. Enter Tags .(Make sure you have at least 15 tags and couple of tags are misspelled)
4. Click Create
5. Now Add Capsules
6. Make Sure First is Text
7. Photo or Image
8. Text
9. Photo or Video
10. Text
11. Video Or Image
12. Links. Enter Recommended Links
It could be related to your subject or product
13. Add Comments in the end
14. You can add Amazon capsule with products related to your product, service or business
15. Done

Do not publish your hub until you make sure it is good and spell checked. I would recommend to live it unpublished until you know it is all good.

Here are some guidelines for successful hubpage that will get you into search engines:

1. A minimum of 1500 words, of your own, purely original writing

2. A minimum of 3 videos (YouTube, Viddler or Google)

3. A minimum of 5 non-copyrighted images

4. At least 10 helpful links to other sources, each with your own 30-50 word description

5. A news capsule RSS feed, or eBay Capsule if your topic is about a product.

6. 15 tags or keywords, including 2-3 common misspellings

7. Maximum 150 word description of your Flagship Hub in the Summary Text

Additional rules:

The content must not be copied from any other source, even if you have the rights to copy from that source. It must be 100% original, and not copied.

You should include all links in the Links Capsule, and the links should not be adult, gambling or to affiliate sites. It can be your personal sites or even better- articles, press releases, blog posts you have writen.
Please separate your text into sections so that it is easy to read. So why does this formula work? It is all based on Google’s algorithm. Again make sure it is organic and real content. It must be a well-informed hubpage. No sales pitches! The right buyers will come because they will have information they are looking for

Every person is a walking ball of energy. Every person has ability to create, master and prosper… People are not designed to be self destructive, but unfortunately we do that…
We need to learn how to be constructive and the only person that keeps us from moving forward is ourselves. Here are few ways that will help you to come to full power in life:

1. Success is in YOU.
We get to believe that success is not in us but outside of us. We believe that stepping out of our world we will see things differently but we will not. The success is in us, in our powerful mind and our abilities to attract and keep prosperity, love, good health and much more.
2. Create dream of today not escape route
I had aha moment today when I was reading the book from Joe Vitale called “The Key” I realized that I wanted to create certain dreams as escape from pains in life, failures instead of looking what I got NOW, be in present and loving my life the way it is. I had this instant aha moment, the divine power, God telling me this is it. You got it girl… Yes I did. I got it. I intend to create a dream that is NOW and based on the most powerful engine- LOVE.
3. Love for me and others.
Love for life and grateful for air I breathe laughter of my kids that energizes me at every level and a kind smile of my husband and his untapped abilities to create, produce as a kid book writer, future film producer and toy designer and I see him as billionaire now because I believe what I have in life is priceless. May be I have high expectations. May be but it feels right. That is how I believe at what I got. I am a carrier of this gold, this wealth and I did not see it because I wanted to create dreams as escape solutions and not to use what I got now. I looked at my arsenal, my hidden treasure chest that was inside my heart and I saw unlimited resources of knowledge that I kept storing for a rainy day… That rainy day came and I want to get it out. I love who I am now. I love feeling empowered by me… not someone else. I am ready to manifest success.
4. Take care of your baggage
It is important to take care of your own inner issues so you see only divine power in you and you see nothing wrong with others. You honestly would not have time to do that. You will concentrate all energy all 100% on YOU and what you intend to do.
5. When they are ready they come…When you are ready to share your knowledge not everyone will take it in and accept it. Do not beat yourself up for it if they deny it. Some people will deny you and that is ok. They deny because they are not mature and not ready to embrace you and your energy. They take your energy because you give. Well, be polite and take it back and say to yourself that you plant to give that energy to someone else who is waiting NOW to accept it and who is ready to serve your purpose.

5. Be conduit of energy

Instead of giving energy out and feeling exhausted visualize yourself as conduit, chanel of energy. Energy comes through you as electricity goes through the wires in your house. It is always available when needed. Let energy go through you not out of you..

I have big goals in life and I intend to share with people who are ready to receive so we both come to true power 100%! I about to launch my “Smokin’Hot PR” consulting/coaching program for small business owners and online entrepreneurs, have a big plan for magazine for real women about real women and my book “My Russian America” . When you know your true mission, your purpose, your passion the right people will show up and what seemed so unattainable will come to you. What seems so hard for others will seem like a piece of cake… Success is a piece of cake… It is the road to realization, accepting and keeping it is what makes it challenging. No matter what you choose to do in your life, what career you choose you will have to find and seek that true purpose so you can have full power and be ready to accept the good things in life and believe that you deserve it. That is my wish for you in 2010. Create success for YOU so you can help others to see their true potential and you can truly serve others.

What I learned from Harvey Mackay, the author “Swim with the sharks without being eaten alive”

Today I was listening to Harvey Mackay , the most successful author, an amazing speaker and a trainer and if you donot know him you need to google his name and read about him. Well he amazed me with his confidence. How? He interviewed the most successful people for one of his books and when it was time to publish he believed he could publish 100,000 copies of his book. He did convince the publishers. He believed that he could do it.. He had attitude of a winner. He took a risk and it was so worthy.

One lesson we can learn from this example is that confidence makes the most impact on your success. Without confidence you cannot have positive thoughts and actions. Without confidence in yourself you cannot even go and find a mentor.
Confidence is like taking a sharp knife and cutting through the uncertainty of intrapped thinking. You must have a mindset of success and belief.. You must believe it is already there.

The second quality I saw in Mr Mackay was that no matter how succesful he became he still has mentors.. He reread many books from “Think and Grow Rich”, Dale Karnegie books dozens of times. Why? Because every time we read we find something that is hidden between the lines. We find wisdom in the same content because we grow up and see the information in a different light. We get aha moments. It happens all the time… It happened to me and what about you?

The third quality of a successful entrepreneur is ability to establish connections.
Harvey Mackay had a huge rollodex of people he met, coached, spoke in front of… Big names, big companies.. He believed that his books would be sold because of his connections, and because of his credibility and his reputation. He start networking with the right people people who can show you the path to the new YOU. They will bring you into their spiderweb where you will see others who want to connect with you.

It amazes me that some people are afraid to connect with successful people because they are intimidated or they think do not know enough or good enough. You must be brave but not obnoxious. You must be willing to learn and master your skills. You also must believe that these successful people are no different than you are. They only have different set of skills and different perceiption about the same things you have, you do and live with but they are successful because they made a choice to learn from the successful people. If you want to be successful and become a super star in your business you must be made out of the same dough and have same ingredients as they are…
