My advice: Setting up a solid public relations campaign is very important in your brand building. It is a glue that keeps all together.  It is proven it is better than advertising.  People want to hear stories, they want to feel valued and when we take time to share the story with our customers, we show them that they matter…PR is a great tool to build an online reputation and a positive image.
