How Can The Intuition Be Your Guide…

(in the Japanese gardens)

“Intuition is the supra-logic that cuts out all the routine processes of thought and leaps straight from the problem to the answer.”

Intuition is not a mysterious power we own. Some of us think we should only use when we need it but I recommend using it every day! It is a daily practice. It teaches you to be aware!  It is a science for a lot of people who understand how to use it. It is about following your gut feelings and tuning in to your mind power!

When it comes to building a business, sharing your message with your customers, intuition can make a huge difference!  We follow our instincts; we say “I have a vibe!” We FEEL what is the next right action …But how do we really know it is the RIGHT action to take?

Especially when you are surrounded by the people who influence your actions it is hard to determine if your intuition is RIGHT or WRONG!

You might get nervous and feel strong urge in your stomach and your intuition tells you a message! Intuition can guide us and deliver the ideas that can take our business and our personal life to a new happier level!

There are few ways that you can improve your intuition:

  1. Meditation is one of the ways to sharpen your intuition to clear your head and your heart so you know and FEEL what RIGHT is for you!
  2. Know what you want and stop allowing others tell you what they think you want
  3. Take time to enjoy a great meal, with fresh herbs. Trust me it allows your body to relax, recharge and enjoy the process. You are in the NOW and it helps your intuition.
  4. Often intuition is becoming stronger after traumatic events in your life. It happened with me. I let go of toxic situations, forgave and moved forward. Was it hard? OH YES! But it takes practice to let go and know in your mind it is for YOUR good!
  5. Good rest and sleep!  Sometimes before bedtime I say to myself “God reveals the way I should go in my life or what I should do” Losing sleep over the difficult life or business decision is NOT worthy. Your intuitive solutions will come to you when you are relaxed and emerge with the morning sunshine!
  6. Learn to relax and not live in fear and doubts when it comes to solving difficult situations. True thinking is clear of fear.
  7. Laugh. Laughter allows you to be in the moment..

It is all about self love. When you love yourself you develop the best intuition. You honor the God spirit in you and HE will guide you to create the best life you are destined to have!

Have a wonderful Easter Weekend!

  1. You are so right! Sometimes people are taught to ignore intuition because they can’t explain what they sense or because it doesn’t seem rational at first. After some time, they are out of touch with themselves and can easily make the wrong decisions. This can be so crippling in life as they can end up somewhere they didn’t want to be. I’ve found intuition is always right, and we do not need to always know how or why, but just trust it.

You make some good points about relaxation, sleep, and good meals. It is when we are still and we empty our minds that the answers to the most sought questions come to us.

  2. Great post Tatyana! … developed intuition is an amazing help, leading us towards fulfilling our purpose. I find meditation as an amazing tool in developing it. Thank you! :)

  3. This is excellent advise. I totally agree, it’s just hard to practice when we have conflicting advise. One of my girlfriends had a feeling in the pit of her stomach when it came to renting a certain house. It didn’t make any logical sense so she moved into the house anyway. As time went on it turned out that she got robbed at gunpoint in house. Looking back, she says that she knew in advance, but couldn’t make sense of it, and ignored her intuition! In Dreams to Reality Series, I teach how to develop a connection to your desires, passions, gifts, and talents. What is intuition? Its really about nuturing that connection to our inner self.

  4. Excellent post in intuition! I especially can relate to “Meditation is one of the ways to sharpen your intuition to clear your head and your heart so you know and FEEL what RIGHT is for you!” This works for me daily..and If I skip it..I know it! Spot on!

  5. Intuition is so important, and unfortunately over the years we’ve been trained to ignore it in favor of physical evidence. I’ve learned the hard way to always trust my first impression and gut instinct because every time I’ve ignored it, things have not worked out. Great article Tatyana!

  6. Excellent advice, Tatyana. I have learned over the years, sometimes the hard way, that I must listen to my intution and learn to follow it. When I do I am never disappointed, but when I don’t it always seems I end up in a mess. Even my husband will ask what my intuition thinks we should do when we are trying to make a decision or in a difficult situation.

  7. Fabulous post Tatyana! You must have been writing this post especially for me. In the past, I always felt challenged when trusting my intuition never being sure it was the right thing to do because I couldn’t “explain” why I felt the way I did. I can totally relate to your statement, “Often intuition is becoming stronger after traumatic events in your life.” Things become so clear and it’s easy to forgive and move forward! So very true!

  8. Tatyana, this is a great topic for a blog post, and I am so glad you gave us that short-list! I am a big fan of yours, especially your fearless and spirit-centered outlook on life!

  9. I loved all 7 points but especially #4 since that was something that was recently a part of my experience…

“I let go of toxic situations, forgave and moved forward.” (yes, it was hard but instinctively I knew it was for my own good:))

I love ‘feeling’ my intuition and learning to really listen to it.

A skill anyone can practice and perfect:)

  10. Beautiful article Tatyana…I enjoyed it very much. I want to reserve time for more meditation but I seem to not priorities it …I know how essential it is and I’d love to integrate it in my daily routine. Do you suggest meditating in the morning or night?

  11. Tatyana that was an excellent article on intuition. I have been practicing meditation for quite a while and sometimes I get too busy to do it and I notice things not working out so well. Fantastic and I look forward to more.
